  2. Consistently cut, portioned and vacuum packed (with bone guard for bone-in steaks)
  3. Whole carcass dry aged for at least 14 days to improve tenderness and flavour

  • “Fresh Frozen” Isn’t a Gimmick. If you decide to freeze a portion of your purchase, beef products will usually last up to two years in a deep freeze and will still have that same great taste when you take it out.

How Can I Order from Surf n’ Turf’s Fresh Program?

  1. Pick out your favourite cuts or grinds from the list below (most products are available in a half or full box). Nothing caught your eye? Check out the frozen bulk deals at the bottom of this page, or take advantage of our Buy More Save More discount and mix and match anything you want!
  2. Send us an email at info@surfnturfyeg.com (or give us a call at 825.967.3474) with: your name, what you want, and which weekend you’d like to pick it up (order by 2pm on Tuesday at the latest for weekend pickup)
  3. We’ll email back to confirm the availability and price with you
  4. E-Transfer 20% of your total order as a deposit by the Tuesday before pickup and start planning that cookout!
